What we collect
The Goddess Gathering is hosted by Erin and Daniela. If you join the 2027 list, we collect the name and email address you enter. If you have taken the Goddess Oracle during the same visit, the name of the goddess you received is sent along with your sign-up.
If you write to us by email, we receive whatever you choose to send. If you register for a retreat, we will ask about any dietary needs or allergies so Chef Flo can cook for you.
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
Why
To tell you about the next gathering, to reply to your messages and, if you register, to plan your retreat. Dietary and similar details are used only to plan the retreat. Nothing else.
Where it is kept
Sign-ups are stored by Netlify, the company that hosts this site. List sign-ups may be moved to an email service, such as Mailchimp, so we can send our news. Emails you send us are kept in our inbox.
We do not sell or trade your details. The only others who handle them are the services that store them and send our emails.
Your choices
Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, write to goddessgatheringretreat@gmail.com and we will do it.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies of its own, and it uses no analytics, visitor counters or advertising trackers. Like any web host, Netlify receives the basic technical details your browser sends, such as your IP address, in order to deliver the pages.
The Goddess Oracle runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not sent anywhere or saved. The goddess you receive is remembered in your browser only for this visit (it is cleared when you close the tab), so it can travel with your sign-up if you join the list. Saving your card downloads an image to your own device, and sharing uses your own device to share it.
The fonts load from Google Fonts, and the icons and some of the code that draws these pages load from unpkg.com, a public code library. This means Google and unpkg see your IP address when a page loads, as with any website that uses them.
The home page includes YouTube videos. The Mystic Moon video loads from YouTube when the page opens and plays muted, and YouTube may set its own cookies. The guest story video uses YouTube privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube has its own privacy policy.
Links to Orenda Retreat Center, Trailways and other sites open on those sites, which have their own privacy policies.
